If you haven't noticed - and maybe you have, maybe you haven't - the California Avenue strip through Genesee is banging with activity. There is a reason for that, largely due to it simply being West Seattle, and also because of the gravity produced by improvement activity, of which we are strategically a part of. One of the many lessons we've learned over the years isn't just to build where one can, but to build in neighborhoods that will make a difference in the long run - community. Think it corny if you must, but circle back in a few years, and you'll see.
