It has to start somewhere, so why not at the end of a road that's aged and aged. We've lived in this neighborhood, and have the best memories, enough so that we want to pay things forward and plant some of the early seeds to get it thriving. These three homes stand alone, and though we could have put four houses on this property, we felt some breathing room was in order. It also allowed for more private parking in a world where cars are everything. Maybe someday we'll play a roll in changing that as well, but for now...
