If you've been to Nice, France, or, Froonce, depending on your leanings, you've seen it - Promenade des Anglais, which translates to English Boardwalk. The 1700s saw an influx of the English, who came to Nice in the same way people are coming to West Seattle - for their own preservation and well being. We couldn't call it Tech Boardwalk, or, The Freeze Corridor without crossing swords, so the general gist shall do here.
